As a mother of three, former special education teacher, and cancer thriver, I’ve lived through the unexpected twists life brings—illness, loss, eight near-death experiences, divorce, burnout, and spiritual reawakening. Each chapter has cracked me open, leading me not to bitterness but to purpose.
My healing didn’t come from one path—it came from honoring many. Through holistic health, energy work, Human Design, intuitive strategy, and spiritual travel, I’ve redefined what it means to heal, grow, and thrive. Now, I help others do the same.
